While this is not at the top of anyone's favorite conversation list, it is very important to put a plan in place for you and your loved ones before a crisis occurs.

Elizabeth has been practicing law for over 30 years. She is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
When Elizabeth was a little girl, her father gave her the best advice, “Find a job that you will be excited to get up and go to every morning.” Elizabeth took her father’s words to heart and did just that. She chose a career in law and has dedicated her time and legal expertise to better the lives of others.
Elizabeth is the owner of The Hilbun Law Firm. She is also the co-founder of The Living Legacy Center, a 501(c)3 charitable organization, which provides educational and supportive resources for seniors, veterans, and the disabled to help them find and use resources effectively with little to no cost to them.
Joyce has been working as a legal assistant for the Hilbun Law Firm since 2012. On the weekends, you can find her at a local farmers market or watching her family play sports. She is also a committed volunteer at Houston Boxer Rescue.
Dondi has been a valued member of the Hilbun Law Firm since 2016. When she isn't at work as a legal assistant or volunteering at The Hope Chest, she likes to travel and spend time with her family attending sporting and live music events.
Stacy is the newest member of the team. She began working for the Hilbun Law Firm in May of 2024 after retiring from teaching high school Geography and Economics.
Stacy enjoys traveling and going to the theater with her husband.
